Daily Schedule

     7:30 am Doors open
     7:40 am Line up
     7:45 am Morning Prayers
     8:00 am Morning classes begin
     10:15–10:30 am Morning break 
     11:55–12:55 pm Lunch/Recess
     1:05 pm Classes resume
     2:45-3:15 pm Study Hall (Grades 4-8)
     3:25 pm Liturgical hymn to Our Lady and dismissal 

 

Application, Enrollment, and Tuition payments are done through FACTS-SIS

For Kindergarten
Student must be 5 years old by August 1, 2021 - no exceptions. 

  • Complete online application and submit $20 application fee
    Application deadline is July 1, 2021 (late fees will apply)
  • Academy will contact you to schedule a tour and interview with Administration (new families only)
  • Attend Kindergarten Round-Up on April 14th, 2021

 

For New Students (grades 1-12)

  • Complete online application and submit $20 application fee
    Application deadline is July 1, 2021 (late fees will apply)
  • Submit the following by uploading in FACTS-SIS or submitting directly to the Academy Office: 
        Most recent Report Card or Transcript 
        IEP, ISP, or 504 Plan, if applicable
  • Obtain a Character Reference Letter from a current pastor, to be submitted directly to the Office in a sealed envelope (grades 7-12 only)
  • Academy will contact you to schedule a tour and interview with Administration (new families only)
  • Academy will schedule placement testing as needed


All completed applications are reviewed by both the Principal and Vice Principal prior to final acceptance.
Criteria that will be considered for acceptance and grade placement for grades K-12 includes, but is not limited to:

  • Placement testing, transcript evaluation and recommendations
  • Family committment to school mission

Maximum family tuition: $12,500
Maximum fundraising obligation per family: $4,500

Please note: 

  • A 3% discount on tuition will be applied to those who prepay in full by July 20th of the summer preceding the academic year. 
  • 50% of what a family raises above their fundraising goal may be applied to their tuition, upon request.
