Application and Enrollment

Application, Enrollment, and Tuition payments are done through FACTS-SIS, a private and secure parent portal that will allow parents to stay updated with academic information specific to their children.

For Kindergarten
Student must be 5 years old by August 1, 2026 - no exceptions. 

  • Complete online application and submit $22 application fee
    Application deadline is July 1, 2026 (new families only) - late fees will apply
    Application deadline is May 1, 2026 (returning families) - late fees will apply
  • Academy will contact prospective families to schedule a tour and interview with Administration
  • Attend Kindergarten Round-Up in April 2026

 

For New Students (grades 1-12)

  • Complete online application and submit $22 application fee
    Application deadline is July 1, 2026 - late fees will apply
  • Upload in FACTS-SIS or submit to the Academy Office: 
        Most recent Report Card or Transcript 
        IEP, ISP, or 504 Plan, if applicable
  • Obtain a Character Reference Letter from a current pastor, to be submitted directly to the Office (grades 7-12 only)
  • Academy will contact prospective families to schedule a tour and interview with Administration
  • Academy will schedule placement testing as needed


All completed applications are reviewed by both the Principal and Vice Principal prior to final acceptance.
Criteria that will be considered for acceptance and grade placement for grades K-12 includes, but is not limited to:

  • Placement testing, transcript evaluation and recommendations
  • Family commitment to school mission

 

Tuition and Fundraising

Tuition is the price of instruction for students enrolled at IHM Academy for one academic year.

*Non parishioner tuition -  there is no family tuition cap. Fundraising obligations and incentives are the same. 

- The Academy  has one major fundraising event each year Participation in the official school fundraiser is mandatory for all families.
- Family  fundraising goal deficits will be added to tuition.

- Maximum fundraising obligation per family: $4,500

  • A 3% tuition discount is available for those who prepay tuition in full by July 20th of the summer preceding the academic year.

  • Each family is responsible for reaching their fundraising goal by soliciting donations or paying the  the balance themselves. Any. fundraising deficit will be added to that year's tuition.

  • 60% of what a family raises above their fundraising goal may be applied to their tuition for the current year, upon request.

  • Financial Aid Application deadline: May 1, 2026

     Financial Aid applications can be accessed through the FACTS tuition system.


    High School Activity Fees

  • The $150 indicated above is applied to various  in-school activities,  books and supplies. Fees for additional required activities will be billed per event. The following budgets are anticipated: 
     

    • High School Girls: $500/student

    • High School Boys: $750/student (see event calendar)
